Refund Policy

Our return arrangements cover both faulty and non-faulty merchandise and include exchanges. You may apply within 30 days after delivery, whether the reason is a defect, damage, wrong shipment, missing item, a substantial difference from the description, a change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong product.

The required condition is new, unused and original, with all original packaging, tags and supplied accessories retained. Eligible returns travel by mail using the free return label included in the package. We charge no restocking fee.

Ask for authorization first and give the order number, checkout email and a clear reason. Photographs or video of the product and packaging are also required for damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete shipments. An unapproved parcel should not be sent back.

Stock availability determines whether an exchange can be fulfilled. After the return is reviewed and a refund approved, we process payment back to the original payment method within 10 days. Any additional delay in showing that credit is controlled by the bank or payment provider.
