Shipping Policy

Our shipping terms cover purchases made through this website. We usually need around 1–2 business days to process an order, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in shipping or delivery. Actual arrival can vary, so these timeframes must not be treated as guarantees.

Use checkout to confirm shipping services, fees and whether free shipping is offered. Limitations may apply to an item, carrier, destination or address category. A complete address plus a valid email and reachable telephone number are required to arrange delivery.

A dispatch message may include tracking before the carrier has recorded its first scan. Follow subsequent tracking updates and let us know if the parcel stops moving, is lost or shows delivered without being received. Supply the order number, checkout email and tracking reference when asking for help.

For transit damage, keep the outer parcel and internal packaging and send photographs showing both the item and package. Weather, holidays, busy periods and carrier investigations can delay resolution. We assess the evidence and applicable policies before arranging any replacement or refund.
